Gerry is a Certified Home Inspector with over 20 years of experience in Residential Construction and Remodelling. He has been an NRCan Certified Energy Advisor for over 9 years and has conducted over 1000 energy assessments and heat loss analyses on residential properties across Newfoundland. Gerry is known for his thorough inspections and excellent customer service. He believes that a home inspection is far more than a disclosure of defects, and he takes the time to educate his clients on both the positive and negative elements of a home

Brad is a Certified Home Inspector with over 20 years of experience in the building science field. As an NRCan Certified Energy Advisor, Brad has conducted over 1200 energy assessments and heat loss analyses on residential properties across Newfoundland. As an Architectural Engineering Technologist, he has worked in large multi-disciplinary engineering firms that gained him experience in the fields of Structural, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Architectural Engineering. Brad is a Certified Energy Advisor for the EnerGuide© Rating System (ERS) and ENERGY STAR® Rating System for New Homes (ESNH). This certification allows AmeriSpec to administer EnerGuide© ratings and deem newly constructed homes as ENERGY STAR® qualified.
