Meet the Team

Bill has been the owner/inspector of the Edmonton Franchise since 1999. Eager to learn more about the industry has help Bill stay fresh over this lengthy period. Trying to keep facts and opinions separate is the approach that Bill uses to present his clients with the information they need to make an informed decision about the purchase of their home. The ability to do general home inspections, commercial inspections, prelisting inspections and Radon testing make Bill a well rounded inspector.
Bill served his community for over 20 years on the volunteer/paid on call fire department which was a very rewarding experience. Also volunteering with Rotary and Habitat for Humanity are other avenues of service Bill has enjoyed.

Aidan joined the team in 2022 as our lead energy advisor. His ability to assess and recommend energy upgrades for our clients homes has helped them reduce their energy costs and qualify for federal government grant money. With a strong interpersonal skills, he is a pleasure to have around.

Aidan was part of the coaching staff for the Spruce Grove Twins U-18 boys baseball team that won the provincial championship title in the 2023 season. His love for the game goes back to when he was 8 years old. He made it to Team Alberta twice and went on to play for a junior collage team in Washington State. Being part of a competitive team for so long allows him to solve problems and work with other to come up with solutions that work.

Prabhjeet is the newest member of the team, preforming energy audits. With a strong background in residential construction, especially in HVAC and plumbing, he is a true asset to the company. With a great personality and a warm smile, Prabhjeet is eager to help clients find ways to safe money and energy in their home.
