Our Saskatoon Home Inspection Team

Scott Brown is the manager of AmeriSpec of Saskatoon. He has been a certified Saskatoon home inspector since 1995 and a registered home inspector with the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) since 2004. He is a certified energy evaluator with Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), as well as a certified radon testing evaluator and a certified Level 1 thermographer. Scott has personally performed over 10,000 home inspections over the last 24 years, making him the longest-active pre-purchase home inspector in Saskatoon. He has kept a litigation-free record in this time while taking ongoing training to upgrade on different aspects of residential construction methods and deficiency recognition. As a member of the Canadian and Saskatchewan Home Builders Association since 2011, Scott works with numerous homebuilders in the Saskatoon area in regards to issue/deficiency rectification on new construction and better building practices in regards to energy efficiency.
