We are now excited to release HomeScore, a mobile App that allows homebuyers to easily track and compare all the homes that they’ve visited. No more pieces of paper, lists notes to remind you of your favourite homes.

Even more, HomeScore encourages you to think about things that you, as a homebuyer, might not normally consider. Things like the general condition of the home and some of its systems and proximity to parks, schools and shopping.

The App will give each of your homes a rating that you can then share with your friends, family and Realtor. HomeScore is not a substitute for a professional 400-point AmeriSpec home inspection, but it will get you thinking about some of the important things in your home purchase process.
