Stéphane Blanchard has worked for AmeriSpec since 2001, performing over 9,500 residential and commercial inspections. He is a Certified Building Inspector, as well as a member of the Quebec Association of Building Inspectors (AIBQ), the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspection (CAPHI), and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and has also acquired Level 1 Thermography training.
